Early Bird Registration: September 30th is the last day to take advantage of the early bird registration for convention. Fees will increase on October 1st, so please make your registration soon if you plan on attending. 

Convention Luncheon and Banquet: Purchase your luncheon and/or Award Banquet tickets by November 13th as meal counts must be reported to the hotel. There will be no food (luncheon or banquet) sales after this date. 

Booking a room at the Silver Legacy Resort and Casino: All reservations must be made by October 18th to receive AHA’s contracted rates.
